Dr. Manamohan K N
Legal Avenue is led by Dr. Manamohan K N, an employee-relations, legal and workplace-governance professional with more than 26 years of corporate experience.
He holds an MBA, LL.B., LL.M. and Ph.D. in Law, bringing together extensive organisational experience and advanced legal research. His professional background includes Employee Relations, Compliance Management, Grievance Management, Workplace Investigations, Disciplinary Processes, Conflict Resolution and Organisational Governance.
His doctoral research examined the effectiveness of Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms in India, with particular reference to employer–employee relations. This research informs Legal Avenue’s emphasis on early, structured and relationship-preserving resolution of workplace concerns.
A New Approach to Workplace Governance
